Title: Please, If possible could you try out some of my music?
Post by: on Sun 01/02/2004 20:17:18
I have been recently composing my original music for friends so they can put it in films. I would like to take this oppurtunity even further by requesting my fellow gamers, producers, musicians and other great titles to test out my music and tell me ways i can improve on it. If you were intrested in this post, please could you go on my website: - http://midienterprises.tripod.com
You will have to download the music as html and decode it on Windows Media Player.

What program do you use for making your music?
I'm asking you because the *.ht files i needed to decode with media player.

You should add some more instruments and make some background music so that your mids don't sound so empty.

I loved the music with the percussions, you make really good beats, but give yor music some depth and make it a little less repetitive.

Thanks for replying to my post, your ideas have really inspried me. I should have some more music posted on my website this week.

The program i use is called Anvil Studio. It is quite a simple program to use and it is available on www.anvilstudio.com

I truthfully don't like them. I think you've got yourself a good start though...

Redundancy would be my main problem with your midis, a song should have movement to it, not just the same line repeated over and over....well, most of the time really...

Anyways, not trying to be mean, just saying what I think...
