Portfolio website with flash and whatnot

Hi guys!

If you have sparetime, could you give some feedback on my portfolio website?

Mainly I'd like to know anything that sticks out in a strongly negative way or if there is some weird things going on on your browser. I'm so used to it by now that I'm probably pretty much blind to every mistake there is. Of course positive comments are not frowned upon either. In return I'll buy you a beer if you are in Tampere, Finland area and also I will answer any questions you might have on how I did something on the site.
