Well, after seeing Pep's great looking portraits on Pixelation, I tryed one of my friend... It looks nothing like him though... I plan to get rid of the black outline but havent gotten around to it...

I tryed a mix of dethering on it. I can post the source picture if you wish but mine wont seem as good... Suguestions anyone?

Edit: Looks better but still bad in some spots...

lol, I am doing on of my friends brother now, but after that I can start one of Lgm if he sends me a good photo... And if you think I am doing a good job...

i like it as is :), but you could try to add a little shadow, a thin line just beneath the hat line.
