Hi all!
I have drawn a basic layout in ps but I'm not sure the angles and perspective is right. I can't continue with it before I know it's a correct layout. I am thinking of starting from scratch... can you guys help me correct it.

It should be ok, but the left side of the building is currently at the same depth than the middle part. I suppose you want to place it back (which means down in this case) a few pixels so that it is at the same depth than the left part.
Looks quite alright for now. I'd like to see a bit more before I'd make a call. Umm, one thing though. You're using two vanishing points, so both points should be horizontally at the same height. In this image, they're at different heights.
Only one thing, but a major one, I'm afraid:
The vanishing points of lines that are parallel to the ground are always on the horizon, but your left one is lower than the right one:

Edit: three new replies in the meantime, but posting anyways

..Unless you're going up-hill
the photo It is based upon is uphill.. but I will change that
INteresting even the perspective you added Khrismud I would however just change the distance between the two vp's and that alone will improve the picture alot.
I would also lower the horizon line and then well that would also improve the picture somewhat.
There'd have to be some sort of double-slanted hill in order to make that perspective correct, and still it would be quite strange to ask for help with perspective and not give information about this slanting.
Otherwise: What KhrisMuc said.
