MAGS game - EGA

Well i am creating some Bg's for the Mags game, here is the current bg:



I want to know if there are any major things wrong with this Bg.
Not minor problems but normal and Major problems.

Major thing is the texture on the roof has no perspective and thus looks flat.

The most amazing thing about older EGA artists is their ability to use color. If, say, there was a brown bucket against a red wall, you'd have a problem because the AGI/SCI pallette doesn't have a brown. So what they'd do was make the wall pink and the bucket dark red. You see what I'm getting at here, don't you?

Morale of the story is try varieting in color, and finding colors that much, look good together etc. Expereiment in other words.

Also the AGI/SCI pallette's colrs weren't that bright and eyesplitting. Try to tone them fown otherwise the player could get a headache...

Yeah, EGA is a little bit difficult do handle :p

You really should change those colors, they are EXTREMLY bright. Roof textures very 'flat'. Also the carpet seems a bit off perspective.
