Ok since this thread still existed I thought I'd use this one.... Here is a quick bg I drew up in a new style kinda warped... C&C Please maybe a paintover As I'm very interested in this style!

He looks like jesus.
The neck/shoulder line is wrong. The neck goes DOWN (and is noticeably smaller than the neckhole of the shirt, and then the shoulders curve up again and begin ABOVE the bottom of the neck.....
It's kind of hard to explain, but I hope you see what I mean.
Apart from that, he looks fine :D
Lithium - Yeah he does look like jesus but if I think about any stoner I've ever know looks kinda like Jesus! lol
Ok, thanks I'll work on the neck thingy a lil' maybe you could be a lil' more specific? maybe do a trace over with red lines to show how i could change it?

That kinda show what I mean, but not very well - it was a 30 second job. I extended out the neck a bit, so it joined up with the shoulders, and brought the shirt down into more a V-neck, so the neck/shoulder join didn't look so odd.
Looks good. Here's what you can improve:
His face is detailed but his hands and body are not, draw fingers, butons or logo on the shirt, pockets on the pants, etc.

Its nice, groovy colours, foreground images are great, but lose the black outline.
IMHO, it makes it look amateurish.
