Hy there,
The other day I had nothing to do so I opened Paint.Net and started working. This is howit ended up:

What do think of it? Can it be improvedP
Very stylish, right out of the 70's. :D
His left arm is a bit deformed though. Maybe add a some shades to his clothes.
great work
Hey,
Did some simple shading:

What do you think of him?
that arm does need a little redevelopment
Maybe if it was more by his side try to put some of the lower arm is behind his suit
his upper arm needs to fit the shoulder at the moment he has a little double elbow problem
other than that nice work
sin
The testament of a good sprite is: is it recognizable? I can recognize his face as John Travolta without a problem and the proportions are heroic without being ridiculous. Travolta was a really skinny guy in Saturday Night Fever, but I think it works. I did a quick edit on the face, mainly to darken the outer skin tone to make it easier to see.
1. Added his trademark blue beard shadow.
2. Made his hair larger and off his forehead as it was in the movie.
3. Darkened the outer skin tone
4. Moved his head right one pixel

As far as the shading goes you don't want to use similar shades as shadows. Contrast is key for effective shading.
I really like the sprite - I also think the way ProgZmax has done the hair really works well. And who could forget the blue stubble??
Good work, man.
I took care of the arm, maybe the shoulder, added beard and hair like progzmax did and i think it's looking good. Ready to rival progzmax's paintover.
