firstly; "Look ok ." is not a good title for a thread. Titles should describe the contents of the thread, not give vague orders.
Furthermore, you don't mention how this animation/model was concieved. Have you modelled it yourself, from scratch, and animated it yourself, lips and everything? Otherwise it doesn't really merit to be published in this forum.

He is asking if you actually modeled the character or just grabbed a pre-fabbed model from a site and added lighting to it and animated it.

Mmmh, I don't want to sound mean but this looks like one of the standard poser characters to me. I don't mind having them in a nice game though but I don't know what could be criticised about it...
