Can I get a little C+C on this sprite? It's the last character I've had to draw for my game...I think he looks pretty cool. I always struggle a bit with the hair, but I think that looks ok...

I thought it could do with some little tweaks
- arm length
- his right sleeve
- waist line (the high waist line might be a design choice...?)
- some subtle wrinkles

You may "straighten" this guy (I mean , he is a little bend down)

He look's kinda sad and huanted. That's kind of hard to do so I think you have done a great job.
Forehead is too big maybe. Who is this character by the way? Prisoner? If so, that would explain the sadness in his face.
Thanks for the comments. He is a mental patient, who inexplicably is wearing a prison jumpsuit. The forehead is big because I was drawing from a photo of Clint Eastwood---that guy has one big forhead! It's a little exagerrated in this case, but it's a cartoon.
Looks awesome. The changes Steve made were quite appopriate, but I would leave the waistline and the pants alone. The forehead and posture is fine. It looks very original and obscure. I love it.
