:-[ I'm sorry to everyone who even read my post on how the heck to you post an image. It was late and i was mad. So here is the picture i was trying to post. I know it sucks and has no shadows or shading but... a little help if possible.

Did the image load for you?
You can edit your posts, man... Look to upper right on your posts. Double posting is no-no in this forums, Ok? ;)
I can't see the image, though.
is it this?

I like the feel of the pic, but the first thing I would do would be to go with thinner lines on the black lines, possibly even replacing them with a darker version of the color it contains....Secondly I would try and make the trees a bit more substantial, The spray can leaves aren't doing it for me....
Adding a windowsill and more detail in general to the windows would be good too....
Good luck...
It's a nice work. I would like to add some suggestions here:
In comparison with the doors the upper floors (as indicated by the windows) of the buildings are not high enough.
The style of the trees doesn't fit with the style of the rest.
A road reaches the horizon as a tangent (even if it's a hill). If it goes upwards like yours there would be something like rising edge.
The buildings at the horizon look a little bit strange. Maybe you should eliminate the dark outline here totally. To get more depth into the skyline you could add buildings behind those already done using a coulour between the sky and the first layer skyline buildings.
You should adjust the perspective of the houses in front using a vanishing point according to the horizon.
I changed the background, fixed the windows, and changed some outlining. I took out the trees and hoped someone could help make better ones for the little park. Thanks!

I didn't change everything, just a few objects to show you the contrast. Ofcourse If you like thicker lines, that's up to you
oh and another something I wanted to say
try to look in proportions too.
If you look at the windows in my post they are waaaay to small if you hold them next to the door. Ofcourse you fixed that in your picture... but you still put the windows a little too high I think...
oh well just my thoughts :)
I added some trees, using very simple shapes. I think that would fit the image better then using a more detailed method to draw leaves. I also did something about the horizon, and added doorposts.

Thanks that looks a lot better erwin. I think i will make a combo of both edits. Thanks all.
One small thing, the yellow lines on the road should not be rectangular. According to the perspective, they should be slanting.

Hm.
Reminds me my own tutorial (http://www.hot.ee/increator/draw.htm) very much.
Not bad. But this green grassy area between sidewalk and road seems absolutely wrong. Especially at the gate of the park.
Try to use thinner outlines, or even better - no outlines at all.
