from just the intro section posted, i though of two possible puzzles.
A full throttle style 'conversation maze' where there's one possible route otherwise game over..gets hung.
And/or being Rolin and having to construct the rifle before shooting, perhaps having a (few) different outcome(s) if it gets constructed wrong.
Now...will follow the link..
had a quick read of the whole script, got some great visuals from it. I think a nice way of finding puzzles/gameplay would be to list up ( i love lists) the rooms/characters/actions, and start to think about fleshing them out with actions..also whch scenes are SO plot heavy, you don't want them interupted with puzzles/gameplay features.
this is an interesting thread to read (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/yabb/index.php?topic=36901.0)

The story is quite interesting. I suspect that this is the reason you've made this thread, but you will want to make sure that there is enough player control for this to make a good game. I'm not sure why you say you want to make this game really easy; it seems to be directed towards a more mature audience, which (to me at least) does not go well with an easy interactive cartoon. I think it would fit better with realistic art and many possible deaths.
I'll see if I can think of some challenges. I'd be very interested in seeing the rest of the story, as well.
Also, you have a few minor typos and areas where the wording is a bit awkward. At this stage it's fine (and much better than most drafts I've seen!), but if you want a proofreader later, I'd be happy to help.
