Working on this talking face what do you think ?
May run a little fast as I'm not that good with admination .

Hmm, try to make the jaw move a little. It kinda looks like anime as of right now. Keep in mind anime is the root of all evil.

I'll have to agree with Opo Terser, at the moment the movement is upwards into the structure of the face. However, your jaw is hinged, and when you speak, that's the part that moves the most. So the movement should be downward rather than up.

That's excellent. I realized the jaw doesn't have to move (it's drawn in a cartoony style, so complaining about it is equally useless as complaining about the relative size of the eyes), but when closed, the mouth has to be centered in relation to its "open" animation.

Candle, I think Kaaz's was just an example, you shouldn't use it as his mouth was drawn at a different resolution. Can you please posta smaller version, so that more people can do edits.
