are these for the same game? they're in quite different styles (the first 2 are quite similar though)

The first is awesome, not many details but still full. I don't have anything to suggest for that, it has a great style!

The second is also nice, but I see a mistake with the perspective of the walls. It's also kinda empty and the grass & ground textures aren't as good as they could. Maybe it needs more details, but it's still nice. The problem is that it looks "empty". I like the tree a lot, but the left branch looks kinda weird - the leftest part should be on the back instead of on the front.

The third is good, but it doesn't fit for a playable room. The rocks, castle and sky are simply brilliant, but the grass (and maybe the trees) kinda ruins it. The trees also don't seem like they come from the ground. And also, I think it's too foggy

I love the first background, and I think if the same shading techniques were applied to the second (plus the minor perspective correction) it would do it a world of good.
As for the third; somebody said:

QuoteThe rocks, castle and sky are simply brilliant, but the grass (and maybe the trees) kinda ruins it. The trees also don't seem like they come from the ground.

Maybe if the grass were to come up a little bit near the base of the trees it would solve both of those problems?

I love the shading techniques you used in the first background.. very nice.Ã,  I agree with the others that the second could be just as impressive with the perspective fixes done to the wall and the same shading techniques applied.Ã,  I'm really impressed with your work.. great job!
