this is the title for my new murder mystery game "the trial" what do you guys think?

I like it, clean and simple.
Is the game going to be in simmilar style, or is it going to be colorfull? If it will be colorfull the title screen might not fit the style the game was made in.
I really think you should add some dark colors... And maybe some blood dripping off the knife... ;D
I think it looks good, but it is far too much white, methinks - A quick tip is to just invert it, I think that could look a bit better.
Otherwise, I think it would be more than enough for an intro screen. :)

I like the first one.
I like the first one too. But maybe try to make menu options font a bit smaller and maybe move it to the lower right, under the knife.
I think it looks a bit empty...there needs to be more noise in the whole image.
keep the blade white, and maybe refine the blood
I think the black image is sooo much better than the first... But the blade might look nice white.
Plus I think the blood looks good aswel.
There's something missing though - there's too much space - the area between the options and the knife is dodgy. Perhaps if you were to stretch the words so the y fit the space
