I wanna know if the perspective seems right to you. Don't overlook the 5-year-old style, because it's just a sketch. Not all lines are parallel, and blabla.. I just made it fast to see if all the buildings fit. What do you think?

I prefer the first one - the buildings aren't immaculately positioned.
I agree, the first one looks most visually interesting. The third one looks like it has the best perspective, though.
So I guess I should make a town square with the third drawing's perspective, and the style of the first one (don't be so square because after all they are buildings and they must not be perfect). Thanks ;D

The buildings of the 1 are too top/down... Why dont you do a down up view? Example:
