Criticism? Who needs it! This piece is great! It sounds great, and uber tribal!

I like it mostly because it reminds me of a song I wrote with similiar beats sounds. (But slower and less catchy, intentionally)

This song would fit right in on Zak Mckraken if he went somewhere suitable to that music!

well I am glad you guys like it, and Im glad you do notice that the music wasn't meant to be catchy because it is more suitable as like a background music for the most part.
also anyone can use it as long as they give credit to moi!

EDIT: Just added a song in the first post.

tribal:
only crit is that maybe some tribal chanting - something or other..a melody? the squeaky thing towards the end is good but maybe vary the note it hits to be a melody of sorts.  Otherwise it's just a bunch of drum drums pound pound thunka thunka.  that's good...but boring imo.  and the tone of the one drum...moving up and down, seems too mechanical.  anyway, I do like it and think you did a great job!

bread crumbs:
i actually think this is quite catchy.  great job! the simple two tone repeating thing towards the end is what amazing songs are made of.  So subtle, but beautiful.  And when the main melody repeats above it, that just makes it cooler!

and all background music should be catchy...otherwise just slap whatever you want back there and it doesn't matter.  it probably even matters more, because while you do the motions of playing a game or watching a scene or whatever, the music is on and on, and if it stinks it will drag on you.  Slowly, silently....drag and drag till you want to scream and your head bursts.   :)

Can't listen to the tribal thingy...

Crumbs- it's a sweet little tune and I can imagine it great as bg-music in a forest or such... Anyhow, if you want my opinion- the lead sounds are perhaps a tad bit high from time to time. It might just be my hangover talking, but I think it would sound better with a subtler lead... Like that being played on a guitar-ish instrument aswell. Ah well. It's good!
