C&C on my face?

hey, I'm putting me in a game, hoping to get some criticism on my face. I made it in corel draw, exported it as a gif and did a little pixel pushing. It's not perfect, hopefully you guys can help me with that, let me know what you guys think.

yeah i noticed the eye after i posted it lol. i fixed that, and the white near my hair at the back of my head:

hmm, in preview the eye is still clear, i'll change that color so it wont transpare. heh, I made a word.
ok, heres the smaller version, closer to actual size, and one with the inside anti-aliased, which is better?
