Nice pixel art!!

The first girl has the proportions of a toddler, yet is wearing a revealing dress...?  The dress itself looks fine.

The characters in the middle row could all use a bit more shading instead of flat colors over large areas.

The robe on the magician in the middle row looks like it should be a lot darker to me.

The skinny boy i nthe last row looks like his ankles are disjonted.  The leftmost one on this row's face looks a little messed up, and his waistline looks a bit high.

Great stuff, though!

I love the. Just put a bit more shadsing on the knight and I'd say you're set.

Very original characters.

From the 3 women in the first row, I like the 2nd version best, because of the skirt.

Me likes mucho! The use of a slightly different color instead of just darkening the main color for the shadows make them vivid.

I first saw these pictures at uni where the screen settings made them all look allright, but at home my slightly brighter screen settings made the last two of the women almost look topless... :o I say darken the color of the top slightly, perhaps by adding a blue tone?

As for the two lower rows of sprites, I feel that a properly defined lightsource, and thus some shading on the clothes would make wonders!

Nice work! Would love to see these animated.

One minor crit: they all look slightly red-nosed. Well, the human characters anyway. I see you want to detail the nose, but maybe this is not the way to do it, as they all look like they are drunk or have a cold.Ã,  ;D
Make the nose shape a slightly darker version of the skin colour, rather than a redder version (pretty much like your creatures have). Or simply draw the shadow *under* the nose and ignore the actual appendage itself.
A little experimenting may be called for.

But like I said, a minor criticism. Overall it is very nice work!
