Well, it does.
I may be an amateur animator, but walkcycles are my weak point.
I got Henri walking, but there's still something missing :-\
Any help, guys?

Im currently using these
kindly created by MrColossal
(http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/yabb/index.php?topic=14759)and painting over them with my own characters, altering dimensions as needed.Ã, With a litle work I'm sure you can get them to fit your art style!
I can't really tell unless you give us the actual animation and I'm too lazy to put them together. But, it seems to me that the legs magically change their size during the animation ;). In my oppinion the right leg in frame #4 is too short
It was a good start, but there were a couple of issues I corrected.
1. I removed two frames that seemed to clutter up the animation rather than improve it.
2. The sprite actually jitters horizontally, and that throws off the animation so I removed it.
3. I corrected his left leg stepping one pixel higher than the other, on a straight side view animation it looks awkward.
4. Adjusted the shift of his torso.
It is a quick edit but should give you some ideas

it was a good start, hope this helps.
Whoah, ProgZmax, in the game, your version looks soo solid, and just what I wanted to be!
This a bit wacky and important-looking walk is quite the same as real Henri walks :D
Wonder how he reacts if he sees such similarity... :=
I'd better wear a helmet....
I worked a bit on sneakers (so they won't flash brighter) and made his hair move a bit, but kept your version, since it's so great.
Thanks.
Happy you found it useful.
