Maybe you ought to have a sticky for FAQ's?

Suggested questions:

1) What are double pixels?

2) How can I do good backgrounds/characters?

3) What's a good program to use? (Answer: See Paint Prog Thread)

4) What are good animation programs?

Others? ? Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing a little addition in a double pixels explanation that also explains that it's alright if that's what you wanna do, just that some people won't find it very aesthetic and some will even hurl insults and blacklist you from the forums for it. ::)
