Very nice details there. Looks good, but I have a couple of suggestions.

Punch up the darks. Like the area in the back of the bottles will recieve less light, so make it darker than the top of the shelves. Also the area near the staircase.

The colours on the bottles are nice, but a little variety would be good...3 colours usually works well to keep things from looking repititive.

The corners look kind of empty, maybe you want to add some water damage or some empty boxes to get rid of the sterile look.

Oh and the persective looks off with the celieng that way, where is your vanishing point?  Or do you have a sloping roof?

looks good! i agree with thinking gal, add some crap lol, too sterilemaybe tilt the bottles in the middle of the screen down a bit.
Are clones people two?

As was already said, I think the corners need something. They look a little naked.

Also, I think it would be a nice detail if a few bottle-racks were empty here and there, so it doesn't look so neat and uniform.

Thanks for the comments.

I'll mess with the darks, but my monitor is bad and already shows the dark brown as almost black.

Er, I have three colors of bottles, so I'm not sure what you mean. I could add another color, but I can't really think of any others... I tried a lighter one but it contrasts too much with the others.

I like the boxes idea, but I'm not sure what water damage looks like... I think I'll just try some discolorations on the walls.

As for the perspective, now that you mention it it does look wierd. I don't really know much about perspective, I just kept everything at 45 degrees.

Edit: I'll also empty it a bit, that would help with the repetition. I originally had the bottles tilted but it didn't look right, so I drew them straight on.

My monitor is a bit lighter since its an LCD, so that might be affecting what I see. I think they could be a bit darker tho.

I can't make out three colours. Maybe make one a more distinguishable colour?

As for perspective try these links:

http://www.sanford-artedventures.com/teach/lp_1pointperspect_proc.html

A bit simplistic but good enough. Basically all lines that are converging towards the far side of the drawing should meet at one single vanishing point(since you're using 1 point perspective). Just pick one as the first tut says and take it from there. :)

Water damage is basically just discolouration. Try http://www.protechinfo.com/problems/water_dmg_interior_wall.jpg

Also since its a cellar, maybe you could add some mold or mildew discolouration. That wouldn't work well with the gray background, if it was cream or off white...it would work well.

Ah, now I remember perspective. I'll try and fix it, thanks.

And the three colors are green, red, and black, I might brighten them up a bit so they're more easily distinguished.

Maybe add some detail to the walls?
Cracks or chips maybe, or probably even cobwebs...

You could also leave some of the racks empty. Would make it look more 'in use'

Edit:
Maybe I should read the other posts before posting myself...

Hey Red, I thought about this some more and maybe you could add some empty, broken or half empty bottles lying/standing around. Also maybe some of the bottles could be dripping or leaking and there could be a few corks on the floor.

Well, unless the place is inhabited by an obsessive-compulsive person or Ikea, which is what it looks like now. ;D

Oh also air conditioning vents, maybe a high basement window, random lists on paper...there's lots you can add to walls.

Cool pic, but the wine rack in front looks like a shooting gallery to me.....
