Title: Yay. first try at wacom! (a tree)
Post by: Tuomas on Mon 26/06/2006 20:23:36
Sheesh. I never knew it was so hard to hit where you wanted it :) Anyway, I bought this Wacom volito2 (A6) tablet because it was cheap and I needed one ¬¬. Anyway, using it was very fun, and I started thinking. This is the first time I really drew something. Ok, it's done in a rush, a few hours here and there, but I really think I should get oil painting colours and brushes back. Drawing this was fun.

Feel free to comment. I know they're a bit crappy, as I said, it was hard to navigate on the screen and I did it quickly :) They're a bit large, but don't give the page a scroller, so I'll let them be as they are. Let me know if I have to make them smaller...

Hmm, I just realised how crappy that 2nd tree is. haha. Lol it doesn't even look like one... well, who cares ::) :P

I'm not that great at giving advice on artwork.
but I will say this.
It is much better than what I can draw.

Also, I think the second tree look fine. it just needs a little detail.

And so you had to post an overly sized picture in a thread I wish no-one'd ever read?
