Title: Post games to online websites?
Post by: Team Kaia on Tue 30/10/2012 23:04:17
It would be really easy to post your games world wide instead of only one place like facebook and ect.

This is related rather to the Editor development?

I think she is talking about having the games playable from a browser, like on facebook. But.. I highly doubt thats possible with AGS.

Ah!... I thought it is about automatic deployment (or advertising).
To do so the engine should be reimplemented on Java, HTML5, flash or something like that?

My apologizes, but I do not understand the purpose of this statement. You do know that AGS does not have any built-in support for multiplayer?
Do you suggest someone added this support? In which case, how is this related to posting games on web (or is it a different suggestion already)?
If you want to make a multi-player game yourself, then this question belongs to Advanced Technical forum (there were already couple of projects for making TCP/IP plugin that, in theory, could allow multiplayer games).
Please, clarify this a bit.

Kaia this forum topic may be of interest to you.  They are discussing a plugin project that will support multi-player games, networking, etc.
