I love those optical illusions. I could make it stop moving when i stared at the screen a certain way.

edit: now i'm feeling nauseous.

Heh, it's like sneaking infront of you:

Look at the vertical line on left where 2 blue disks share one white edge. Your mind tells that there is no moving, since you can clearly see these two disks. No moving.

Now even a slight eye movement from these joined disks makes image move again. Like it's waiting for you to be distracted...

Anyway these illusion things make me dizzy. I accidentally created one of my own when messing around with rendering in 3ds max. Unfortunately the file's gone... :( Maybe it was even an original illusion!

I have a similar image as a poster, it's a popular design.

It was mentioned on the IRC channel the other day how our old friend HellBeast's space background (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/yabb/index.php?topic=33137.0) has a similar effect.

You might aswell be locked in a room with matresses on the wall wearing a shirt without sleeves.

Sounds like fun! ;D At least when you're there you wouldn't need to worry about the dirt under the fingernails ;)

sounds lonely though, no one to play with. And you can't even play with yourself.  :=

You don't get turned on by the michelin man (http://images.google.co.uk/images?hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&hs=y9U&resnum=0&q=michelin+man&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=Nab=wi)! :=

The first one isn't going anywhere, and I don't see anything else in the second, that that it makes me somewhat dizzy if looked at for a longer time. If that's what it's supposed to do, then good I guess. Most illusions work for me, but not all.

Ouch- that actually *hurts*. But a nice illusion all the same!
