Oh, for CRYING out loud! I just realized I missed the deadline for the
reader's choice poll of the ADVENTURE GAMERS AWARDS!

It seemed to be THE year for AGS games! (Resonance, The Journey Down, Primordia, The Cat Lady! And Adventure Gamers
is such a good site to get the word out. AAAAhhhh, Feck-feck!
(Kept putting it off, "tomorrow after work I'll vote"... :embarrassed:)

I'm such a numbskull! If I could I'd kick my own ass right now. Would anyone mind doing it for me, please!

I hope most of you did fare better and went voting? /(M**+F***@bleep$&#!bleep!bleep!grrrr!)

Don't worry about it!  We've done pretty well so far!

Cat Lady snagged the best story from the editors, and Resonance nabbed best Gameplay (editor's and reader's choice)!  Plus lots of runner up placements for our ilk, and more award announcements to come over the next two days.

Cheers, Vince. Great news!
Best Gameplay - awesome! And, obviously, VERY well deserved, good sir! I remember your trepidation shortly before release: "Am I deluding myself, is Resonance really any good?", whereas all of us outside people where like "HA! Of course not!" :=

"Best Writing - Drama" was another category I'd have seen Resonance in, though seemingly those snotty nosed internet kids with their quick episodic game fixes thought different.
But Resonance is the immediate runner-up in this category and I freely admit to being somewhat biased in this matter.

Huge congrats also to Grim for nabbing the impressive award of 'Best Story'!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for all AGS contenders!  Let's see what's happening later today...
