Title: A comic of mine (and Babar's)
Post by: FSi++ on Thu 19/02/2009 19:54:37
Today we decided to start a webcomic. "We" being myself and Babar.
It is called Bokziboodl.
It is about the green-blue man called Bokziboodl.
His favourite pie is... well, you'd better read the comic.

Art in the first episode is by myself, the plot is kind of a collaboration.

I wouldn't expect that a silly IRC comment like this would ascend into a webcomic  ;D
Now I see I was terribly wrong and you are more serious about things than I thought...

Bookziboodl now found in Google!
Yay!  ;D

"Bokziboodl!" I like the sound of that name. No, seriously. It's practical too - like when you're trying to convince people you don't speak their language, or you need to print something unique on a T-Shirt, or you're being dragged off to The Funny Farm and don't know what to scream.

Sure win indeed!

/EDIT: Coming to think of it, it might even become slang. "Don't ask about my day, it's was one heap of Bokziboodl", or "That's a bokziboodling good movie!" or "Almost Bokziboodl in its subtelity" or maybe even "I'm Bokziboodling your mother, and I'm not planning to stop!"

"I've hurt my left eye really bookziboodly!"
"This tea tastes kind of bookziboodlingly, madam!"
"Really?" "No bookziboodling!"

That's a hell of an idea with that slang, 'tosh!  ;D

Of course the comic isn't funny or anything... but I am changing my name to Bokziboodl tomorrow.

Do you have any new webcomics left?
Sorry, we only have mspainted, pointless, unfunny one.
Wow, that's my favourite!

I'm afraid this comic's high-brow humour has gone right over my head.

Humour? Who said anything about humour?!

This comic is about peach pineapple pies. That and potato shapes. :=

What you all seem to have missed is the fact that peaches contain a rare chemical, Miranide. Check Wikipedia and learn that it is one half of a complex reaction that causes involuntary laughing. All it needs to be triggered is a human brain close to internet radiation, and a pineapple.

You see? Even reading about peach pineapple pie will instantly create a Portal joke!

Congrats on the release, Babar and Fsi.

Hahaha, wow. I'm not sure why, but I really laughed at comic "01." It was like buildup, buildup, and then WHAM! no punchline. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be making fun of other webcomics of that ilk, but I think it's awesome. I will read comic 02 if there is one.

Now you can!!! (http://sillyflu.wordpress.com/2009/02/24/bokziboodl-02/)

So yeah, the second one is out.
