My new project

Hello everyone!
I want to start a making a game, but I can't because I need some help. I am working on a game, but I want to start working on this one too (don't worry, I can handle it ).
The game is based on one of my favorite anime series, but that is not the reason I posted this thread.
Step one in making this game, is making the characters.
Step two, is making the backgrounds.
Step three is making the cutscenes.
The rest has allready been taken care of, by me.
Step one: Here are some of the characters:

(I need walk and stand animation for him)

(the same thing for her)

(just a stand animation would do for this guy)

Something similar to this graphic shoul do it. These are some of the game characters. Make them look as good as you can please. Anyone up to the chalange?
