About hair

I've got pretty long hair as I havn't had it cut for about a year. Its all curly so I got an afro kinda thing happening. The funny thing is is that I used to have straight blond hair when I was a kid, it just decided to magically go curly when I was around 12. I keep it clean, by like washing it usually every day.

I do like long hair. It does give me a bit of uniqueness, and the ladies seem to like it too. I'm generally a shy person, and having long hair, and especially an afro, makes people seem to want to talk to me more or something. I like it. Tho the problem is is that I need to get a job, and that rules out anything involving food.

I also don't find women as attractive when they have short hair. Hair to like just above the shoulders or so is fine, but when they have hair that is like mens hair, and spiky hair, Its just a bit not attractive in my opinion.

I can't grow my hair long, it just goes curly and really frizzy, I had longer hair when I was at uni and it looked more like Einstein's hair. I just keep it short these days, but I really don't think about hair much, or any style just to get reactions or fit in with any crowd, or to be different or to be the same.

I used to have what was called an undercut for years when I was at school, eg. shaving the back and sides to a #1 or bald and having a mop on top, it was quite long and covered most of my head, so you couldn't really tell unless I tied it back or if it was wet.

I didn't have a decent covering of facial hair until I was into my 20's, and I can only grow a decent goatie, the sides still aren't that full at 28,  but I'm not as self concious about that sort of thing anymore.

I think females look better with long hair, but some are suited to short hair. it is only hair after all.

Oddly enough, where I live, long hair is more common. Even I had a messy "Beatles" hairstyle until recently, when just for the heck of it, I grabbed a pair of scissors and a razor, and went bald. It was an interesting feeling to keep rubbing your head and finding it to be bald. It has grown back curly now for some reason. Also, when before my hair was a brownish tinge from being in the sun for so long, now it is jet black. I grew a goatee to go along with it, and needless to say, I like incredibly freaky now.
I like very long hair for girls. My friend used to have hair that reached below her hips. It looked great, but according to her it was a lot of work. Of course, hair is hair, and how it looks depends on the person.
I am not very obsessed about my hair, and enjoy experimenting. Not dyed it yet though. Can't see it looking good.

My hair is dark and curly, and grows out. So I get tall hair before long hair. When it's long it's curly, and bouncy, and I find a lot of people want to touch it (my "friends" usually just throw things as it, since my hair is so bouncy). When I get it cut, I get about finger length. And I like both about the same. My hair grows fast though, and I need a haircut about every 2-3 months. It's easy to maintain either way. Wash it everyday, and when it's long, it's curly, so I don't have to brush it.

I got the same kinda hair, Mills.  I've got the jew-fro.  It grows UP, not down.  I'm sure if I grew it long enough, the force of gravity would eventually force it downward, but I'd have trouble getting it through doorways in the meantime. 

My dad has the same kind of hair as me, and I've seen old pictures of him during the 70s where he grew it long.  Those locks spread high above his head like a brown, curly peacock tail.  If that's the alternative, I prefer to keep it short.

Well, I've got pretty long hair - About down to my shoulders, and I like it that way. Some people thinks it looks good, some people hate it, but I couldn't care less... Hehe.

And I don't care if girls have long hair or are clean shaven - As long as the hairstyle suits them, I think anything looks pretty on a girl. I'm open-minded.

My hair is reasonably long, dark and greasy. People often say to me "Hey, you hippy type orkish man, why did you grow your hair?" and I can never really answer the question as I don't know why. It's been growing for just over a year now and it's just going to keep on going! But sometimes (when un-groomed) it has a very frizzy afro likeness. But those marvolous products those midgets make fix that problem. I say midgets but I mean non-midgets. Anyway, I must say I like having long hair, it brings in the ladies and gives a great talking point. It also makes you seem different and keeps your head warm. And so I end my post on this note, C-major. Long hair and beard. That's the only true thing. (Of course only if your hair isn't too sparse or curly and your beard isn't too thin)
I haven't seen a barber in years and I'm glad that this is so. Really saves money and trouble and makes you look like a troll...

my hair is a little past my shoulders... i used to have it a little longer but i cut it for some diversity, now i'm not cutting it for at least a year.

i also prefer girls with long hair. in general, long hairs just feels more natural to me.

It's shorter then I wanted to, but the hairdresser said "I think it looks much better" and she is the expert.
I'm starting to miss it, but it's only hair. It'll grow back.
