Okay, this sounds stupid...I can't get a download to work on my website. I tried
Just Another Day (demo).zip But when you click on it, it opens up a "page" with the folder and gives you text? Can anybody help out lol?
that should work. Try making the filename with no spaces.
k, I'll try that...and edit with response
---Edit---
When I take out the spaces It just gives you a "This page cannot be displayed" page
What Hot was trying to say was, rename the file that's on your server.. Not just the link. THEN change the link so they match.
Never EVER use spaces in file names uploaded to the internet.. It's quite annoying for some people, and makes lots of "%20" 's in your URL. Either use an underscore or a dash; _ or -Ã, . Then it should work.. And if even after that it doesn't, you'll have to right-click the link and "Save Target As"
And I also reccomend not using capitals.. So, an ideal filename and link would be:
Just Another Day - Demo Version.zip
or
Just Another Day (Demo).zip
or whatever other variants you can get.
Ok, problem solved...it wasn't me it was freewebs.com lol I'm gonna switch to angelfire
