Okay this is of course a fictional holiday, but that does not stop it from being the 50th anniversary of the invention of time travelÃ,Â

! Yes, on November 5, 1955, Dr. Emmett Brown was hanging a clock in his bathroom, slipped and was knocked unconscious. When he awoke, he had the idea for the Flux Capacitor, which....makes time travel.....possible.

I love Back To The Future, but only because it's one of the few time travel stories where you don't question the possiblity of the whole thing. Never during the corse of any of those movies did I say "Hey wait a minute. If he went back in time then in the future blah blah blah."

They're just great friggen movies.

I have traveled into the future (only 1 day). And I'm posting this message after m0ds' entry at 14:45 ...

If my calculations are correct, it should appear magically tomorrow while I watch (after traveling Back FROM the Future).
