HUZZAH!

after years of being a lazy-ass poo-hole I decided it was time to...
GO BACK TO SCHOOL! yeehaw!
wich is pretty hard for me since I dropped out of school when I was about fifteen, as some of you old charlatans might remember.
I kinda forgot where I was going with this story but anywho, they (they being the High School for the Arts in Utrecht) accepted me as their student!
wich is awesome! out of 200 people that applied they picked 25, and I'm one of those!

ah what the heck!
* FruitTree boogies some more!
I'm going to study Audiovisual Media! (movies and television)
and I'm proud to present my 'project', the 3min lasting short that I had to make to become a student at this school.

clicketyclick

so tell me, am I really better than Roman Polanski? (teehee  :=)
no really I'd love to hear comments or critiques or random screams, really anything goes!
but I'll give you a cookie if you say something nice about my flic!

Nice!! It suits the music really well and the mood is very cool :) I'm glad it got you into where you wanted to go Ron, it is a very nice work. And the cloaked dude is eeevil! But I love his beard :D So well done, and I hope to see more!!!!

My only advice for the future is find & use a tripod :) I can't stand fully handheld movies, but thats just me.

Well done, you should be very pleased :)

thanks!

I'm glad you like the mood since I always hoped capturing a mood would be one of my strong points :P
and yes the cloaked guy was seriously scary the lil girl wasn't acting her fright ;)
after your advice I actually borrowed a tripod, but the room was way too small to work it right, so I decided not to use it.

thanks for the nice words!

Wow, that was very nice. The mood was captured indeed. I'm quite jealous, actually.

Good job on getting into the school. It's nice to hear hard work still pays off.
You. Me. Denny's.

Hey, congrats on your decision...

The movie was great - reminds me a bit of that old Vampire movie (what's the name), and that painting by Munch.

For crits, maybe the black nail-polish for Death was overdoing it a bit - then again, I guess Death as a character could be allowed some caprice.

Good luck on your further studies, looking forward to seeing more of your movies.
