Anyone else have that dream...?

Did anyone else have that dream last night where there was some bad person taking over the forums and was erasing peoples names? We were all there only Mods was the tin man. No really, I had some weird ass dream last night where people were getting their names taken over and used for wrong doing. Did we all meet on some astro-plane for converging on a dream? except all you people on the other side of the Earth, cause you were all up and making games when I was asleep. How about any AGS dreams cause I know how much time you all put into your games a week, it should cross over sometime.
I can hear Chris's now...And then that dreaded AGS bug turned 20 stories high, then ate me up.

I dreamt that I was being chased by something, down my hall, and then I ran into my closet, that had walls made of chocolate ice cream......and I had to dig my way through it.....

But, it did involve a girl, who I could never quite undress.

I remember now, well, I remember one of my dreams last night!

I've dubbed it "Escape from WTF Island" (WTF standing for what the f**k, as you may have expected).

It was weird. Imagine Riven, the Myst sequel, it was a land like that (real, not 3d rendered, but it had lots of walkways and stuff all over these cliffs etc on this island), I don't remember much, apart from near the end I got to this control room, and this evil kid (who looked a bit like Magintz) could perform voodoo on you. And stuff. So I kinda backed away, and couldnt escape!!

LOLOLOL I REMEMBER THE OTHER ONE!! LOL!!!!! This is the best dream ever!! (Again, I had it last night!). We were all to perform the AGS show LIVE at some school! LOL. I don't remember much, apart from it being really shit, and instead of it being a show, there were all these Flash animations running around the stage, LOL. The audience seemed to love it.

Please note, I was stoned and drunk last night, which could explain those dreams.

I had an AGS related dream just a couple of nights ago. I can't really remember the plot, but I remember being with people that I knew by name. Well, actually, I knew everyone by their looks as well, but no one looked the same as in pictures. I can only remember Mods trying to tell me something (in Finnish)... I think he had his name floating above his head. I'm too used to talking with nicknames, obviously.

The fact that everyone talked in Finnish that dream reminds me of the fact that I've started having dreams in English as well. I sometimes even think in English.

On semi-related matter, also a couple of nights ago, I had a dream where I had a some kind of a houseparty. It wasn't the house I'm currently living in, but I knew it was mine. Anyway, I came back to my room from somewhere, probably partying in other rooms or something and noticed that all my furniture was broken. I took a look at the computer and all my project files were deleted. I was really shocked. I was SO relieved it wasn't true. I can still feel the hostility that I felt in that dream.

Funny though, I never thought some files were that important to me.

Anywya, this got me thinking, why do brains produce such dreams? I thought sleeping was the time to relax, why does brain do this to itself? Perhaps I'm just preparing myself in case it would happen. I've got to backup all my files tomorrow.

In short, nope. Didn't have that kind of a dream. I've heard it's possible to share a dream though. Well, I hear lots of things. That was in a book about dreams though. Well, I read lots of things.

I don't even think I've dreamed much in the past couple nights. I've been drawing alot, and I don't usually dream after I draw. So no, Scummbuddy, I didn't share your dream.

You know. I've never had an AGS related dream. In fact, I don't think I've had a dream I remember in the past four or five years. I'm probably missing some entertaining stuff, but with my consious thought process the way it is, I think recalling my subconsious would drive me right over the brink.

I usually dream really cool dreams with lots of actions and adventures and all that, but the last week, things have changed...

Yesterday I dreamt that my note-book was full, and the night before that I dreamt that my pants had got some sort of stain...I think the previous night had even more trivial dreams...really boring

I think I shall write a book about it, called "the end of the cool dreams"

I had an AGS dream once. Yahtzee (the character, not the guy) shot me, and then I shot him. Wierd.

Basically me and 4 others from the forums killed a rambling man who turned out to be Ron Gilbert, his last words were "..I'll tell you who killed the adventure genre".

Sounds pretty profound and logical for a dream, Esseb. Not that dreams weren't that, but they're often so ambiguous I really can't be sure.

Mods, I think that's the first one actually. I think you just represent the standard AGS'er, nothing personal.

I had an AGS dream last night. I was in England or somewhere else where they drive on the left side of the road, and I was waiting at a bus stop to be picked up by CJ and other AGSers. So the car came by and I got in and CJ was driving, and Magintz was inside and I was like "wow, I finally get to meet you guys" and then we went to a McDonald's drive thru! Weird, huh?

I like dreaming. It often tells me something about myself. Or sometimes it's just weird, but that's entertaining too. The most annoying dreams are the ones you really come up with this great idea that you think about in the morning, still thinking it's a great idea. Then a while after you've gone up, taken a shower and eaten breakfast (I often do it in that order) you suddenly realize it's all gone. You can remember that you had a great though, but can't think of what it was about and sometimes during the day you get a hint about it and shrugs for a second think "Damn! There it was!" but then it's gone. Had one like that the other week... I really should start writing these things down, but I never think of that in the morning and seldom have pen and paper ready by the bed.

for me it's the other way around.
Every time I fall asleep and start to dream, I forget what I did during the day, which is very annoying, since I sometimes come up with great ideas during the day.

most times I forget, what I`ve dreamed... my sister remembers every dream... she always tells about it and I don`t know, what`s happening in that head, these dreams are the biggest crap... but really funny :O)...

I can`t remember, that I`ve ever had a dream about AGS or RON or this community, but it`s possible... yeah, but I have dreamed so much different things in my life; I am sure, every dream has a deep sence.
[that`s the point you should search in MSD; you should know, it is not only a crazy and bloody fungame, it`s about a dream, which is extremly hard and crazy... so everybody could dream something like this and I have also had similar dreams, containing blood and strange worlds - dreams are surely the only way to see such fantasy-worlds]

Especially I think, it`s the deep consciousness (or how do you say? In Germany we would say under consciousness, if we would speak exactly like in german language!?) of humans, which controlls our dreams...

Ok, just think about it :O)!
