Qantas web site

I am having a few problems....that i have not encountered before.

I am trying to book a flight on the antas web site but when i get into the final stages the web page reverts me back to an earlier point.
(SO FUCKING ANOYING)

I realise that the obvious answer would be either a web page glitch or my security settings but i have exausted both of those ideas.

I spoke to microsoft briefly and they sugested i make a new user on my computer ? (what the?) NO THIS DID NOT WORK!

I am getting a little frustrated as you can probably tell and any help would be greatly apreciated.

Are you absolutely sure it's not a glitch at QANTAS' end though? [although I doubt that, considering how much business they do online now]
