How do I get a little picture under my name?

I don't know if this "belongs" in this section, but I didn't know where else to post it. I just want to know how to have a little picture under my name, I think it's an avatar...

Go to "profile", which is just beneath the banner on top of the screen.
Go to "forum profile information" and change the url to your own pic.
