banned from irc

Hello, I was suddenly banned from the IRC room and then the entire server for ban evasion, even though I wasn't evading any bans, I just didn't /part, because banning doesn't kick someone.

And also, I'm confused, what exactly did I do that was so horrible? From what I can tell, I was banned right after receiving a bunch of reminds from roger that stee left after he changed his nick to "nigger".

Well, no, not really; everyone taking piss from that reply script, in which case I don't think it was entirely my fault, because all reply scripts are equally exploitable. I wasn't even there half the time, so I couldn't have done anything anyway.

And I'm surprised about ban evasion and "fuck off".

No, that was Stee. He set up some sort of thing with roger, where my response would make roger say "nigger". He also changed his nick to that.

You shouldn't have auto responses to begin with but ok I guess Stee messed things up even more. You should probably talk to dasjoe about it.

Yeah, you're right, but I don't think anyone asked me to remove it when it triggered in the past, so I figured I'd leave it in.

And I can't, dasjoe banned me from connecting to irc.adventuregamestudio.co.uk.

Please don't use scripts which automatically reply to people, especially when they reply to Roger.
