Personally, I think "The Prince" from Yahtzee's Chzo Mythos (the X Days series) is the best AGS villain... even if it's Chzo the Pain Elemental who's pulling the strings, the presence of the pale, faceless(?) Prince sends shivers down ANYONE'S spines.

And that evil doctor from Mind's Eye played by Peter Cushing. Man, that guy gave me the creeps.
