Does anyone know of a tutorial about how to rework scaned images (pencil). Like making a background from a scaned image.

thanx. That tutorial is great but I have already seen it and it didn't help me much.

Just trace the pencil into fineliner and then scan the image as lineart.

Then resize it and fix it up as you will.
