HTML - counting downloads

This is probably ridiculously easy, but my knowledge of HTML is limited. How can I implement that "Downloaded xxxx times" counter that's on the Games page on another webpage?

I'd suggest looking up some javascript. I'm only learning it myself, so I can't really help you...

PHP is one way... you need a php-supporing ISP, though, and most of the free ones do not support it.
