Hello ok let me know some opinions, what u ppl think its the best way to do characters moving, drawing all the sprites 1 by 1 or use a program like Anime studio or toon boom animator to animate the character with bones and pegs, i tested both and sprite by sprite i get more well drawn characters, but more sloppy, and with programs i get worst drawn characters but fluid animation, what u suggest?

I suggest keep practicing.  Many artists have done phenomenal animation using many different programs, so there is clearly no "magic bullet" method.  It's good you are experimenting with different methods/programs -keep it up and find one that works best for you.  Quality will increase over time if you keep striving for it, no matter what tools you are using.

Are you having trouble with the drawing tools in Toon Bloom Studio? If so you could try importing the sprite from your favoured program and then add bones.

Like Chicky said, you should be able to import your sprite characters into Toon Boom Studio and apply the image to the bone structure for animation. I'm not a 100% sure because I've never used Toon Boom Studio, but it would be silly if the software wouldn't be able to do it.

Now the only problem you might encounter is that Toon Boom Studio can't work with bitmaps. In Flash, you had to convert bitmaps into vector shapes in order to animate a character or just work with the image in general. A quick search around YouTube should help you find a tutorial on how to deal with that.

Don't expect an amazingly well looking animation, though. It might be fluid, but the pixels will stretch (as they are vectors) and depending on how pixelated your characters are it will only get worse.

Okok ill keep practicing and thank you for ur suggestions =)
