IRC problem

hmmm, i'm having huge difficulties connecting to the #ags irc channel, as in, I can't.

I don't get any explanation other than
"* Unable to connect to server (Connection refused)-".

I know I'm connected to the net because all of my other net based prgrams work fine. The help file only says that the server must be down. Is anyone else having the same issue or is there something i can do to resolve it?

Ok a little bit of an update, there is a new hard drive in the server now and everything is gone.  So it'll be a while longer before we get everything up and running.
