I try to convert wav files in midi files (that are recognized by the AGS. I used "WIDI Recognition System Pro 3.0", but hte sounds resulting are something totally diiferent than the original wav sound. Can anybody help me ?
There're no good way to do the conversions anyway, since they're two completely different things (MIDI to sampled audio can be good, but not vice versa), so live with it, or enslave some good MIDI composer who may recompose those muics in MIDI format for you.
Hem, I'm pretty sure that AGS, recognizes wav, mp3 and ogg... Why go to midi? Since you do have the wav files. Convert them to mp3... That will save you loads of space...

He's using WIDI Recognition from http://www.widisoft.com/ which does a better than expected job of converting wav to midi, depending heavily on the input and the parameters used.
Thanks for bringing it to my attention!
