demo beta version for 2.71

I understand that there is a demo version for ads 2.71-even a betaversion ? can anybody indicate me a shortcut to it ?

What are you asking for?

The FULL version of 2.71 can be downloaded from the AGS downloads page.
The latest 2.72 beta can be found in the betas thread, in the Tech forum.
Demo Quest 3, the latest version of the AGS demo game has a GiP thread and a thread in either the Tech forum, or Tech Archive. However AFAIK it's only a beta version itself, and I'm not sure if it's yet been updated to 2.71 - it's definately up to 2.7, though.

Or was there something else?
