I'm fashionably late on the blogging scene, and because I'm always full of political opinions, I thought, "Hey, why not tell the internet?"  (And I DIDN'T come to these forums?!)

Anyway, post your blog here, if you have one.  As soon as I get mine rolling, I'll post it, too.

http://ahmetkeles.blogspot.com/ is my real blog page, but it is only in Turkish. I had started another blog that was supposed to be in English,  http://cafeofbd.blogspot.com/ , but I didn't post anything else since nobody had read (or at least comment on) it.

Well, I update my Turkish blog page very frequently. It is an important place for me; I share my dreams, thoughts etc. with my really close friends.

I don't post terribly often, but I try to put up information that would be helpful for game making hobbyists such as myself.  I hope someday someone finds it useful...

Just a place where I put my drawings up, as I finish them.  Unlike my website, I also post sketches in addition to my finished stuff there (plus, my blog is actually kept up-to-date).

I have been thinking of starting up an art blog kinda like that. My only issue was getting one with an easy to use gallery-archiver thingy...

Anybody have any ideas?

If you have MySql and php I would go with WordPress.
I should add if you don't or don't want to mess with that you can get a LiveJournal and get the option of their gallery with a paid account.

I'm not sure if this is what you were thinking of, but in LiveJournal you can tag your entries into different categories (eg. WIPs, finished, doodles) and use those tags to filter your entries... here's an example, to show you what I mean: http://gymnopedie.livejournal.com/
However, I haven't bothered to do that, so I don't know how user-friendly (or not) it is to do it.

I don't blog...

I do have a net journal where I write on random intervals about anything that might cross my mind between the earth and sky, and sometimes maybe even beyond. And I don't know if anyone reads it, and doesn't really bother me. It's not pretty read anyway. If you're really interested, you'll find it yourself...
I used to make games but then I took an IRC in the knee.

That's kinda the way I felt about it.  I'm still trying to get interested in it, but I may just delete mine if I don't find a practical use for it.
