My surgeon also shares a last name with the President of Egypt, so that may not be significant.

Thats RIGHT!! It should have its own holiday known as AGS DAY!!!
"Eid mubarak" is just a greeting....It is like saying Congratulations on Eid. So I guess the real question is why the president shares his name with the word congratulations ;D

Eid is a feast. It happens at the end of the pilgrimage to Mecca, where some animal is sacrificed and the meat distributed as gifts to family and friends. It is also an excellent reason to party

Happy Eid  Babloyi,

Always good to hear about different feasts and holidays, I reckon if everyone listed their different occasions we'd have a party every day of the year.

We had Australia day over here on 26th of Jan, which is when some pommy bastards decided to come over here 216 years ago with some convicts, slaughter some Aborigines, steal their land and settle. seems strange to celebrate, I guess we all forget the truth. I guess I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for that.

Are cows sacred in Pakistan?

Oh, the poor animal! Why does every party include the ritual slaughter of some poor innocent animal? Yes, and Christmas too! Turkeys and Geese! You bastards!

Happy Eid!

Babar

ummm.... well it has to be an animal! Ritual sacrifice of a cabbage or hunk of cheese is not nearly as satisfying.

Oh! Now I remember it! It is a party when the devil is lapidated, and a lamb is sacrificed... Here in Spain people is going mad about the "bloody" poor-little  sacrificed lamb, but I think that it´s not very much difference between a lamb and our Xmas Turkey, actually...

I love cous-cous, with lamb, of course...

So, Babloyi, happy ritual! :)

Have fun.

What about m0ds? He's a hunk, he's cheesy, he's an animal and he smells like cabbage. That fits everyones needs!

And now that's he's found out that Indiana Jones didn't really exist and is only a fictional character, he's quite willing to die too!
