Well, many people died and got injured in that event; but there are MUCH more crowded districts in Ankara to eplode the bomb. They would kill at least 50-60 people if they were more intelligent.

This makes me think maybe their purpose is nor to kill as many as people, but to do 'specifical' things like the burning car.

When those terrorist attacks on 7/7 happened, we all just got on with it. All the Arabic news websites were reporting that Britain was in turmoil when in fact most people were just going about their normal business, a bit pissed off that the tube wasn't running. Some people were even pleased because the pubs they'd been hoarded into were told by the police to provide drinks for free so that nobody would leave.
