I've actually only seen the sky like that a few times, it has to happen at just the right time during sunset. It makes the sky look like hell.

Awesome pic Raggit, do you have a higher res version?
Once I killed a man. His name was Mario, I think. His brother Luigi was upset at first, but adamant to continue on the adventure that they started together.

Reminds me of the scene from Independance Day when the large ships came through the clouds covered in flames... :o

i think there has never been a tornado in Europe and I hope there will never be one ;)

Ermmm, tornados actually appear in Europe from time to time. Just not that often as in USA for example and probably in smaller scale. But a couple of days ago a tornado hit a small town here in Czech republic causing millions worth of damage. It's unusuall phenomenon over here but as you see it can happen.

BTW the town was also hit by flood the very next day. That's what I call a serious case of bad luck.

Well, the clouds were slightly more orange in reality, but when I adjusted the contrast they became slightly more red.   The original isn't as grainy, but it didn't show up very good because of the camera flash reflecting off the drainpipe.
