Hello everybody!

Im trying to make a game using the AGS engine ... if I wanted to
put it in the market after, would there be any legality-license problem due using the AGS engine?

thanks guys!

Raggit

I think that this is mentioned in the AGS license agreement.  Or in the manual or something.  You might check there  :)

No.  Ionias tried to sell his Adventures of Fatman game.  CJ went ballistic and hacked into his bank account and bankrupted him.  If you don't mind your loved ones mysteriously disappearing in a "boating accident," feel free to make a commercial game.  Just don't walk down dark alleys at night, and keep your ears peeled for the echo of a shotgun loading accompanied by a maniacal laugh from the darkest reaches of hell.

Btw, in case you didnt notice, migs was joking :)

Yep you can read it in the manual that you can seel your game, just give credit to CJ, like the game for free or something. Also you should use the non-MP3 version of AGS to prevent licencing problems with that. Use ogg vorbis for audio.
