Well, then, your best bet would be to remake it.

I think it was "Goldrush" ONE word, and it USED to be on {edit} ,abandonia, com, but the dang ESA, stopped them.

Remember that we don't allow posting links to places to get games illegally, my only advice for finding it would be google harder, it's around.  Such a pretty game (and I don't think most AGI games are).

It's actually called "Gold Rush!", by the way.

I don't THINK ScummVM is illegal.
Thats cause the games allow you to play the games, you have to HAVE the games first. were you get them is your business

Exactly. Like all emulators and interpreter, ScummVM is not in itself illegal (only, never ask the authors where to get roms or game data). And note that several legal games exist for most of interpreters (e.g. any AGI interpreter has a bunch of free demos and fangames; ScummVM has FOTAQ; there are even freeware NES roms out there).

I can't believe it's that hard to find "Gold Rush", or ANY of the old Sierra games.  :-\

Why, I got all MINE from...

What? But I was only going to...

Now just...wait a minute...what's that rope for?

LimpingFish is dragged, kicking and screaming, from the forum

*phew!* (wipes hands on pants) now back to business! ;D just kidding. well do we need to turn this into a big discussion on abandonware? ask yourselves before we get into a posting frenzy. :P
