FUN. It reminds me of the funny Chinese compositions floting around on the net.

/me will try to use "It reminds me of..." at least once a day from now.

I always laugh when I see this one, too:

 :D :D :D
.........

*wipes tears*
Whew, those had me laughing nonstop for a while.. :)
That blot reminds me of my tests.. I just write really untidy, and if there's something I need to erase, I black it out completely, not leaving one white pixel in sight :P.

On a kinda off topic note, I feel that my results in our last math exam will be better because of eating glucose contaning food shortly before the test. Thank god for morning biology lessons. :)

I sucked at maths. Don't know why, because now that I'm out of school I love it, and I do physics and maths and stuff in my spare time.

The only thing I hate about that comic is that they couldn't even spend the time to work out a proper equation. They just used a bunch of symbols :(

EDIT: okay, that made me sound like a complete geek. I don't LOVE maths, so to speak, where as I DO love english and music. There - those are 2 relatively normal topics.

Aren't they?

There'a nothing wrong with loving maths... I hope..
I happen to enjoy maths, i just hope it won't be the other way around later on ;).

Nice reading! I remember some cases, in Spain there is a book full of real humourous answers like those.

Examples:

(This one is very typical)
Q-Could you describe me the most important consequences of the French Revolution?
A-Yes.

Q-How did Chris Columbus find America?
A-Sunny and hot.

Q-Which were Jesus' last words before dying in the cross?
A- Argh!

I only like doing math when I understand it. So you see, I hate math.

But I like history!  :D

I liked the other thing on this guy's site as well:

http://www.enzine.cyborgcow.net/intellectualart.wmv

6 min long movie, but I think it was worth it.

On a side note, I quite like Maths, but I do believe I am quite good at it (don't want to sound arrogant here, but well.......). I'll have to wait 'til August to find out for sure, of course :P

My Calculus professor told us that when he was in college he bought all of the math books that he could afford, and worked out the problems until he fell asleep on top of the books. Then he would wake up, eat, and do more math. Crazy. He also told lots of Math jokes.

The primitive of d(cabin)/cabin  = log cabin + C = houseboat.

Ho Ho Ho.

Similarly, primitive of 3Ice^2 = Ice^3 + C = iceberg.

I had a friend who turned in the same sheet of homework for 2 weeks and got full credit.

It works well. ;)

Yeah, it wasn't until the end of the semester that I figured out that they never graded my pre-labs in chemistry. I realized I'd forgotten to do my pre-lab 10 minutes before class started and I filled it in with nonsense answers, only to recieve full points. I had a lazy TA.

I actually knew the first two on that page..

Heh, there are 10 kinds of people in the world: Those who know about binary, and those who don't. :D I love this joke..
Funny how I can hand in 15 out of 25 geometry excercises and get this remark: "excellent! continue this way." (in free translation). I guess even the strictest teachers fail to notice this sometimes. ;)

This also seems a good topic to bring up the wonders of Rinkworks:

Sha-ZAMM! (http://www.rinkworks.com/said/answers.shtml)

Yeah, I'm sure many of you have read these before, but hey! Read them again. It'a a good site.

10101010 = 170 in binary.  $F0 = 240 in hexadecimal.

...I hope.

GAH!

I hate math, although I can do arithmatic in my head with very little trouble.

I do enjoy geography though.
