I think I can kinda see it, if I squint...the arm in the upper left is going into the glove; the sleeve is where the wrist is; his hair is the space between the thumb and the fingers. So, for example, his forehead, between his hair and his eyebrows, could be the index finger (though it's kind of a narrow finger); the stripe on his shirt could be a division between fingers, etc.
